Greenon starts a new streak

ENON — Now the Greenon High School boys are on a new streak.
After losing its first 14 games of the season, the Knights' boys' basketball team won back-to-back games with a 65-61 Central Buckeye Conference Mad River Division win over Northwestern Saturday.

Zach Englefield scored a season-high 30 points for the Knights (2-14, 2-11 CBC).
Tony Carson scored a game-high 33 points for the Warriors (3-13 1-11).

SPRINGFIELD — Kyle Morris hit two free throws with one second remaining to give the Cougars a thrilling home CBC Kenton Trail Division win.
Jordan Armstrong scored 16 points and Morris had 13 points for Kenton Ridge (9-7, 7-6 CBC).
Graham 60, Urbana 32
ST. PARIS — Josh Schuler scored 18 points and Ben Rosenberger added 12 as undefeated Graham beat Urbana in a CBC Mad River Division game.
The Falcons (15-0, 13-0 CBC) wrapped up the Mad River Division title with a win Thursday.
Urbana (7-9, 5-8 CBC) was led by Michael Cox's nine points.
Tecumseh 67, Shawnee 54
NEW CARLISLE — Josh McKee and Jordan Kimmey each scored 17 points to help the host Arrows (14-2, 11-1 CBC) remain in first place in the CBC Kenton Trail Division.
Justin Apple scored 11 points for Tecumseh (14-2, 11-1 CBC).

West Liberty-Salem 51
WEST LIBERTY — Joel Naseman hit six of his seven 3-pointers in the second half on his way to 23 points, leading Anna (16-1 and rated No. 3 in the D-III poll) past West Liberty-Salem.
