About the Park
C.I, Beaver Park is located in the Knollwood area of the city, just off of Dayton-Xenia Road. The main entrance to the park is located on Highmont Drive.

There is some playground equipment available, but the single trail that runs through the park along the creek provides a scenic walk. A 3/4 size tennis court is available during the spring, summer and fall. A boccie ball court is also available. The Beavercreek Senior Adult Center is situated in this park, housing the activities of he Senior Center and its affiliate organizations, including the Beavercreek Senior Citizen Club, the Beavercreek Alliance, the AARP, and NARFE.
