Miami soccer wins tourney title

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. — The Miami University women’s soccer team clinched the ETSU Soccer Invitational Sunday, Sept. 12, with a 2-1 win over Temple.

Jess Kodiak and Katy Dolesh scored for Miami, the only team in the four-team invitational to go 2-0.

Kodiak was named the tournament’s MVP, while Dolesh and fellow freshman Kayla Zakrzewski were also named to the all-tournament team.
