Miami icers edge N. Michigan

MARQUETTE, Mich. — Four second-period goals led top-ranked Miami to a 4-3 Central Collegiate Hockey Association win Friday night, Oct. 30, over host Northern Michigan.

Justin Vaive scored twice and Joe Hartman and Alden Hirschfeld added single tallies for the RedHawks (5-1-1, 2-1-0 CCHA). Northern Michigan fell to 1-3-1, 0-1-0.
