HAMILTON — Five prep football teams will represent Butler County in the state playoffs, according to Shuck’s Projections publisher Steve Shuck.
He said Badin, Ross, Lakota West, Monroe and Middletown have all earned the right to play in Week 11, with the Ohio High School Athletic Association set to officially announce the playoff field this afternoon, Nov. 1.
Division V, Region 20: Badin (7-3) is the No. 7 seed and will travel to No. 2 Coldwater (9-1) on Friday. The Rams are 18-16 in the postseason.
Division II, Region 8: Ross (6-4) will visit Winton Woods (8-2) on Friday in another 7 vs. 2 matchup. The Rams are 0-4 in the playoffs.
Division I, Region 4: Lakota West (9-1) is seeded sixth and will travel to No. 3 Anderson (10-0) on Saturday. The Firebirds are 0-2 in the playoffs. Also, Middletown (9-1) visits Moeller (9-1) in a 7 vs. 2 contest Saturday. The Middies are 3-3 in the postseason.
Division III, Region 12: Monroe (8-2) travels to Dayton Chaminade Julienne (8-2) on Friday. The Hornets are seeded sixth, the Eagles third. Monroe is 10-7 in the playoffs.

Kind of like we have gotten to watch HHS go down in flames week in and week out for the past 8 years. Shame on you, show some local pride, its not those kid's fault your team can't make the playoffs.
