The 2012-2013 Talawanda Braves Ice Hockey team placed five players on the All-Southwest Ohio High School Hockey League teams (SWOHSHL).
Brandon Tafelski (forward) and Mason Miller (defense) were named to the South Division’s First Team. Sam Poetter (defense) and Taylor Hamilton (forward) were named to the South Divsion’s Second Team.
Wade McQueen garnered Honorable Mention honors. In addition, Tafelski was named to participate in the state’s all star game for seniors this Sunday in advance of the state championship game.
