Miami stats: Quarterback Zac Dysert is 150-of-236 for 1,716 yards and 13 touchdowns with six interceptions. The top receivers are Dawan Scott (32 catches, 501 yards, five TDs), Andy Cruse (42 catches, 334 yards, three TDs), Nick Harwell (16 catches, 181 yards, two TDs) and Steve Marck (11 catches, 172 yards). The leading rushers are Jamire Westbrook (48 carries, 198 yards, one TD) and Dysert (50 carries, 196 yards, one TD).

Bowling Green stats: Quarterback Matt Schilz is 115-of-205 for 1,251 yards and five touchdowns with five interceptions. The top receivers are Shaun Joplin (24 catches, 353 yards), Alex Bayer (20 catches, 263 yards, two TDs), Chris Gallon (23 catches, 244 yards, two TDs) and Ryan Burbrink (21 catches, 156 yards). The leading rushers are Anthon Samuel (84 carries, 494 yards, eight TDs), Jamel Martin (32 carries, 178 yards) and John Pettigrew (39 carries, 164 yards, two TDs).

Favorable history: Two years ago after six games, Miami was 3-3 overall and 2-0 in the MAC East and had been blown out by Florida (34-12), Missouri (51-13) and Cincinnati (45-3). The RedHawks went on to win the MAC championship and the GoDaddy.com Bowl.

Even up: Bowling Green has scored 122 points and given up 122 points this season.

Zac watch: Dysert ranks 66th in Football Bowl Subdivision history with 10,246 career passing yards. Ranked No. 1 is Houston’s Case Keenum (2007-11) with 19,217 yards.

Running Falcons: The 292 rushing yards Bowling Green accumulated last week against Akron were the highest total in Dave Clawson’s four years as head coach.

Tale of the kickers: BGSU has used two kickers this year and is just 2-of-7 on field goals and 14-of-16 on extra points. Miami’s Kaleb Patterson has made 6-of-8 field goals and 11-of-13 conversions.
