BUTLER COUNTY — The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a winter storm warning in effect from 6 p.m. Friday to 11 a.m. Saturday.
The winter storm warning is for freezing rain and sleet; the winter weather advisory is no longer in effect.
A mix of freezing rain and sleet will develop early Friday evening, and will change over to all freezing rain and remain that way through much of the night. Some snow may mix back in as precipitation tapers off early Saturday morning.
Ice accumulations will be around a quarter of an inch.
