HAMILTON — Free H1N1 flu vaccines are available to residents by appointment Wednesday, Dec. 30.

The Butler County Health Department says a vaccination clinic will be open Wednesday from 9 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. It will be at the department’s office, 301 S. Third St., Hamilton.

The clinic will treat dozens of residents for free. But only by appointment. Call the health department at (513) 863-1770 to schedule and appointment.

Health department officials say there will likely be more clinics for H1N1, also known as swine flu, this winter, though none are currently scheduled.
