Time Warner Cable to hire more than 50

Time Warner Cable is looking to hire more than 50 employees in the next few months for full-time retail, direct sales, customer care and installation positions throughout the Cincinnati service area.

Company representatives will be on hand to accept resumes and interview qualified candidates for these positions from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, at Tri County Mall, 11700 Princeton Pike, Springdale.

“The successful introduction of new products and technology has led to a need for more positions to better serve our customers in the Cincinnati market,” said Shannon Mullen, Regional Vice President at Time Warner Cable. “These positions have great earning potential, flexible schedules and opportunities for career growth and advancement possibilities at a great company.”

During the fair, candidates will have the opportunity to participate in a 10-minute pre-screening interview. The most qualified candidates will then be contacted for a second interview at a later date.

The hourly rate for retail positions begins at $11 per hour, plus commission; $10.80 per hour, plus commission for customer care representatives; and $11.10 for installation technicians. The average income for first-year direct sales representative is between $40,000 and $50,000, including paid training and commission. Shift differentials, commission and incentives are offered, in addition to a benefits package that includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision plans, 401(k) and discounted Time Warner Cable services.

Job applicants should bring updated copies of their resume and dress in business appropriate attire. More information about Time Warner Cable career opportunities can be found at jobs.timewarnercable.com.
