The Talawanda Bantam Football Association (TBFA) enjoyed a spectacular day at the Ohio Valley Youth Football Central Division Championship games as the Talawanda Victory Bell rang out three times on Nov. 3 .
TBFA had teams in five championship contests: kindergarten/first grade, second grade, fourth grade, fifth grade and sixth grade.
Talawanda’s second-grade squad defeated Ross 20-12 to clinch its first Super Bowl championship. The fifth-grade team won its second Super Bowl title with a 20-0 shutout over Oak Hills. The sixth-grade team defeated Norwood 34-0 to bring home its first Super Bowl title.
