An Oxford man was charged with domestic violence after police responded to a report of domestic violence in progress at an apartment on S. College early in the morning on Oct. 7. Police found an Oxford woman lying face down on her living room floor with blood coming from her mouth. According to a police report she also had marks on her arms and face.
Two male Miami University students reported to police a burglary and theft of a TV at their apartment on Brown Road on the morning of Oct. 7, and another male Miami student at the same complex reported a burglary and theft of a TV from his apartment, which he said happened sometime from the night of Oct. 6 to the morning of Oct. 7.
An Oxford man reported to police that a beer bottle was thrown through the front window of his residence on N. Campus early in the morning of Oct. 4.
An Oxford man reported to police that his gas-powered power washer was stolen from inside of his deceased friend’s apartment on College Corner Pike sometime from Oct. 3 to 7.
