The Oxford AAA store has a new, experienced manager in Stacey Marcum.

She has more than 30 years in the customer service retail industry. Most recently, before joining AAA’s team, she worked as the cosmetic and fragrance department manager for Saks Fifth Avenue in Cincinnati. Her past experience has taught her the importance of community service.

“Service is what truly makes a company successful,” Marcum said.

In her new position, Marcum said she plans on applying this knowledge by building relationships with the Oxford community and Miami University students.

“Our main goal and mission is to continue to create community awareness of our great AAA brand,” said Marcum. “We want to let the community know that we are their store.”

Community members can meet Marcum at the Oxford AAA store, located at 102 W. High St. She will be available Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon.
