HAMILTON —
Hamilton police said Thursday morning a 13-year-old boy missing since Christmas morning has been located.
Christopher Taggart is safe and no foul play is suspected, police said in a release.
On Wednesday, police said Taggart left his residence in the 1100 block of Vine Street on Tuesday morning and had not been seen since.
Detective Richard Burkhardt said the case was being investigated as a runaway case, and according to the child’s family, he left home to avoid punishment.
“We don’t think he’s in danger; we’re checking with acquaintances and friends,” Burkhardt said Tuesday.
