Philpot: Marti Philpot of Oxford is the new parent of a boy, James Andrew Philpot, born Nov. 13. He weighed 5 pounds, 14.6 ounces and measured 18 1/2 inches long. He is welcomed by grandparents Laura and James Sawyers.
Henrichs: April M. (Foss) and William T. Henrichs of Oxford are new parents of a girl, Macy Jane, born Nov. 22. She weighed 5 pounds, 12 ounces and measured 19 inches long. She is welcomed by siblings William and Samuel and grandparents William J. Samuel, Michelle and David Foss, Colleen and William Henrichs, and Phyllis and Gerald Jeserich.
