Staff WriterWAYNE TWP. — Injuries have been reported in an accident involving an ODOT tractor on West Elkton Road in Wayne Twp., according to Butler County dispatchers.A mowing tractor reported flipped over between Tolbert Road and Ohio 73 at about 10:40 a.m. and the driver was injured.
