OXFORD — Police have arrested a 16-year-old Oxford teen they have connected to 10 crimes spanning three months.
The teen is being held in Butler County’s juvenile detention center after being arrested March 2, according to Oxford police.
He is charged with two counts of felony breaking and entering and felony vandalism. He also faces misdemeanors: five counts of theft, two counts of criminal mischief, attempted breaking and entering, possessing criminal tools, resisting arrest and complicity to vandalism, according to police.
Additional charges could be pending, according to police.
The teen was linked by police to the following crimes:
On March 1, damaging vending machines at Fox and Hounds Apartments.
On Feb. 24, damaging an ATM at Suds City on East Chestnut Street.
On Feb. 23, a stolen vehicle left abandoned in the front yard of a residence in the 5200 block of College Corner Pike. The vehicle was stolen from the 200 block of Firefox Drive.
On Feb. 22, burglary at the Pit Stop on College Corner Pike. Nothing was taken, but a door to the carry-out was damaged.
On Feb. 10, police arrested the teen in the 5200 block of College Corner Pike for allegedly attempting to steal a vehicle from the parking lot.
On Feb. 9, theft from a motor vehicle on Day Circle.
On Feb. 4, damage to a change machine and a vending machine at Fox and Hounds Apartments.
Also on Feb. 4, a vehicle that was reported missing from the parking lot of Fox and Hounds Apartments.
On Jan. 21, forced entry and theft of more than $500 from the Smokin Ox on East Park Place.
On Jan. 18, forced entry, a shattered glass door and property stolen from Wild Berry Factory on College Corner Pike.
