HAMILTON — An Oxford man will face a judge for allegedly selling drugs near children and in a school zone, according to Butler County Assistant Prosecutor David Kash.

Robert Gregory III was indicted by the Butler County grand jury on three counts of trafficking in marijuana. He is accused of selling small amounts of marijuana to an undercover sheriff’s deputy on April 24, 2009 and Sept. 2, 2009, Kash said.

The April incident occurred within 100 feet of juveniles at a community park, Kash said. The September incident happened at a Main Street residence close to Talawanda High School, he said.

The sheriff’s office also found drugs during a search of Gregory’s residence at 5279 College Corner Pike, No. 5, on Jan. 5, according to Kash.
