Butler County  grand jury

The Butler County grand jury returned 36 indictments during its first session in May. The grand jury also returned eight cases to the lower courts for further disposition.

Rachel L. Harp, 26, 4206 Vannest Ave., Middletown; indicted on one count each of aggravated vehicular assault (direct), vehicular assault, endangering children, operating a vehicle under the influence, and operating a vehicle under the influence (direct).

Jesse Jones, 21, 400 Baltimore Ave., Middletown; indicted on one count each of possession of cocaine and obstructing official business.

Andrew D. Lewis, 31, 516 South B St., Hamilton; certified back to the lower court on one count of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rodney Isbell, 38, 139 Grimes St., Middletown; indicted on one count of felonious assault.

Hilario Chaman-AC, 23, 8321 Reading Road, Cincinnati; certified back to the lower court on one count each of obstructing official business, operating a vehicle under the influence, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, and seat belt required.

Rameece Collier, 35, 1233 Vanderveer, Hamilton; certified back to the lower court on three counts of failure to stop at a stop sign, two counts of speed limits, and one count each of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, driving under suspension and reckless operation.
