Butler County grand jury
The Butler County grand jury returned 36 indictments during its first session in May. The grand jury also returned eight cases to the lower courts for further disposition.

Andrew D. Lewis, 31, 516 South B St., Hamilton; certified back to the lower court on one count of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rameece Collier, 35, 1233 Vanderveer, Hamilton; certified back to the lower court on three counts of failure to stop at a stop sign, two counts of speed limits, and one count each of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, driving under suspension and reckless operation.
