Staff Report

Oxford Police arrested a 19-year-old Cincinnati man who reportedly passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle on South Campus Avenue last weekend.

Officers responded to the scene, finding Todd Struve, 7858 Hickory Hill Lane, Cincinnati, hunched over and passed out in the grass near his vehicle. After trying to make contact with Struve for several minutes, police said he was unable to get to his feet and would not give his information to them.

Struve later stated he was 19, though officers report he was unable to put complete sentences together. During a search of Struve, police found three pills in a plastic baggy, one of which was Adderall. Officers later learned Struve has a prescription for the Adderall, though the other two pills have not yet been identified.

Struve was placed under arrest and was issued citations for offenses involving underage persons and public intoxication. He was later released to his brother.
