911 caller shares eye witness account

A neighbor called 9-1-1, providing police with a description of Wolverton and identifying his vehicle and its license plate number.

Assistant Police Chief Robert Hawley confirmed that Troy Wolverton, 28, of Springfield stabbed Shena Nolan, 32, in her apartment on Georgetown Drive at about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday night, March 10.
