Christopher Rush, 5811 Samstone Court, Cincinnati, 21, was charged with OVI, operation of vehicle at stop signs and reckless operation after missing a stop sign at a Church Street and Poplar Street and almost hitting a patrol car on Oct. 12.
A 20-year-old College Corner Pike resident was transported to McCullough Hyde Medical Hospital after police found the victim in the process of cutting herself under the influence of drugs and alcohol on Oct. 11.
A South Vine Street resident reported theft of a political sign from the front yard on Oct. 10.
Ricky Hagen, 5983 Vereker Drive, Oxford, 47, was charged with domestic violence on Oct. 10.

An East Chestnut Street resident reported telecommunications harassment after a male, who calls himself John, had been sending offensive text messages and calling after being advised to stop doing both on Oct. 6.
A College Suites employee, 3770 Southpointe Parkway, reported criminal mischief after the entry gate to the community was damaged on Oct. 6.
Oxford Spirits, 21 Lynn Avenue, reported criminal damaging after receiving a phone call from Oxford Real Estate Company advising that they noticed the glass in the front door was damaged with a red substance in the cracked glass and that the glass appeared to have been struck at least five times on Oct. 6.
Helen Albright, 5032 College Corner Pike #29, 19, was charged with theft after alledgedly stealing money out of a co-worker's purse on Oct. 6.
A MacCracken Hall resident reported misuse of her credit card after it was used for an unauthorized purchase at Lane Public Library and an Uptown bar on Oct. 6.
