Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati is holding an open casting call Tuesday for cocktail server and hostess jobs for the casino’s opening March 4.

The casting call is at Xavier University’s Cintas Center, 1624 Herald Ave., Cincinnati, from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday.

Job candidates should arrive dressed to impress with at least three copies of their resume and a photo ID, casino officials said. Expect the interview process to last up to three hours.

The downtown Cincinnati casino, 1000 Broadway St., is hiring for 1,700 full- and part-time positions.

Interested job candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible, as postings will be removed once enough applicants have been identified. All applicants must be:

• At least 21 years old at the time of application;

• A high school graduate, or possess a GED equivalent;

• Able to provide prior work history; resumes are not required but may be helpful in the screening process;

• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays;

• Willing to submit to and successfully complete all pre-employment requirements including a criminal background check, drug test and regulatory licensing requirements.
