HAMILTON — Police arrested four people for prostitution-related crimes, including a Hamilton father whose two young children were in tow, according to reports.

Robert Michael Lynch, 43, of Dixie Highway was arrested at 12:16 p.m. Monday, Dec. 15, and charged with solicitation and two counts of endangering children for allegedly soliciting an undercover officer at East and Central avenues for a sex act while his two small children, ages 3 and 4, were in his care, according to police reports.

Also arrested were:

April Nicole Frinfrock, 30, of Hampshire Drive, at 10:12 a.m. Monday, Dec. 15. She was charged with soliciting after she allegedly offered to perform a sex act to an undercover officer, according to a Hamilton police report.

Carolyn Lee Dawson, 32, of South 13th Street, was charged with loitering to engage in solicitation at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 15, after she allegedly flagged down and got into a vehicle and reportedly was seen on top of the driver while he was driving around the block, according to police reports.

Eugene Jose Martinez, 40, of Robin Hood Drive in Fairfield, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 15, and charged with soliciting for allegedly offering money to an undercover officer in exchange for a sex act, reports state.
