Erin and Travis Newcome

Erin Michelle Keeton and Travis Don Newcome were married June 3 at West Chester Presbyterian Church in West Chester. The ceremony was officiated by Michael Wheatley.

The bride is the daughter of Karen and Larry Keeton of Liberty Twp. The groom is the son of Steve Newcome and the late Paula Newcome of Liberty Twp.

The bride was attended by maid of honor Tracy Keeton. The best man was Connor Newcome.

The bride is a graduate of Lakota East High School and is attending Bluegrass Community and Technical College. The groom is a graduate of Lakota East High School and is enlisted in the U.S. Navy, stationed in Jacksonville, Florida.

The couple will reside in Jacksonville, Florida.

Dr. and Mrs. David Adam of Cincinnati are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lauren Elizabeth Adam, to Robert Timothy Snyder, son of Mr. and Mrs. Tim Snyder of Hamilton.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy and Otterbein College, Westerville.

Her fiance is a graduate of Fairfield High School and is attending University of Cincinnati. He is serving in the Army ROTC.

The couple have set a Dec. 27 wedding date.

Nancy and Marvin Poe of Hamilton are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Mya Poe, to John Aloysius Cogan Jr., son of Jack Cogan of Dallas, Texas.

The bride-elect is a graduate of University of Massachusetts. She is employed as a director of technical communication by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Her fiance is a graduate of University of Texas at Austin. He is an attorney with Rhode Island Office of the Health Insurance Commissioner.

The couple have set an Aug. 10 wedding date.

Sylvia Ballinger and Douglas Hileman

Jana Ballinger, step mother, and Jerry W. Ballinger and of Trenton are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Sylvia Rochelle Ballinger, to Douglas Robert Hileman, son of Carolyn and Neil Hileman of Somerville.

The bride-elect, daughter of the late Rhonda D. Ballinger, is a graduate of Edgewood High School and Miami University. She is employed as a probate legal assistant by Millikin & Fitton Law Firm.

Her fiance is a graduate of Edgewood High School and Miami University. He is employed as a physical education teacher at Seven Mile Elementary School in the Edgewood School District. He also farms locally.

The couple have set a Nov. 29 wedding date.
