4 medium leaves romaine
lettuce, rinsed and dried
Mayonnaise
8 to 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
Salt and freshly ground pepper
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Those counting every carbohydrate on the first stage of that low-carb diet will want to avoid tomatoes. But a few cherry tomatoes can be incorporated in this Low-Carb BLT Wrap.
Slather mayonnaise generously on the open side of each leaf of romaine. Place the cherry tomato halves in a small bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange the cherry tomatoes on the lettuce leaves and sprinkle with the crumbled bacon.
