Cincinnati International Wine Festival features nearly 600 vintages

CINCINNATI — Drink no wine before its time, as the saying goes. And that time would be this weekend, when you can sample the Grand Tastings at the Cincinnati International Wine Festival. More than 130 wineries pour nearly 600 vintages, all accompanied by food and live music. The fest happens at the Duke Energy Convention Center, Fifth and Elm streets, in downtown Cincinnati. Hours are 6:30 to 9 p.m. (plus selected afternoon events) today and Saturday. Admission is $65 to $70. Call (513) 723-9463 or go online to winefestival.com.
