Halloween Creepy eyeballs

6 large eggs

3 lettuce leaves

sliced olives, stuffed with pimentos

red food coloring pen

carrot strips, for eyebrows and mouth

fresh red bell pepper, for nose

Place two peeled hard-boiled eggs, for the eyeballs, on a lettuce leaf. Place one olive slice on the center of each boiled egg. Use a red food coloring pen to create bloodshot eyes. Place carrot strips above the eyeballs for eyebrows. Cut a small, round piece of red bell pepper for the nose. Use an additional carrot strip for the mouth. Refrigerate.

Yield: 6 creepy eyeballs on 3 lettuce faces.
