Sure is, depending on the nature of your date. This is perfect for an impress-somebody date, not the get-comfortable-and-connect kind. But the original drinks on the menu are sure to be conversation starters.

The one and only
I'll say this for Le Monde, there's nothing quite like it anywhere else in the Oregon District. The combination of art-deco tin tiles and rarefied atmosphere give it a flavor all its own.

Seating-slash-service
On the Saturday night we went, all the tables were reserved for restaurant patrons, leaving slim seating options. Of the two bartenders, one was flawless, the other, useless. Good luck.
