I agree with the previous poster 100%. This bar is dark, musty, overpriced and inhabited by a rude, arrogant bastard. The pizza is ok if you dont want anything made from scratch and you dont mind what im sure are the cheapest ingredients money can buy.All the beers are at least a dollar more than anywhere else in town. We will not be spending another penny there after some highly inapproperate comments made by Mr. B to my girlfriend when I stepped out to use the restroom. If you want good beer and good food made from scratch try Chappys Tap room

Great Pizza, Decent Beer Selection, Horrible Prices and terrible proprietor

The beer selection is better than you will find at most other bars in North Dayton, but the prices are obnoxiously high, every beer is at least priced $1 above (even during happy hour) what you would find at a similar bar elsewhere. The pizza is really good and decently priced, although it usually takes a long time. Also the beer selection has been rather weak lately. it seems as though little thought is put into the types of beer they carry (add a winter lager right as spring starts) sometimes the different types of beer on tap are just poorly planned (1 day 5 IPA's and a porter, the next day 3 lagers and a stout. I do not think that his selection is based on quality nor time of year, but rather on what the distributor is selling on the cheap. The owner is disgusting, rude and a piss poor businesman.

Awesome Boston's

4 stars

After reading the reviews posted here already, I find it necessary to set the record straight. Boston's is a great place to go for food and friends. They have approximately 8 taps which rotate popular and hard to find micro-brewed beers. They also have a very large selection of bottled beer- imported, micro, & domestic. The staff is regularly trained on the beers they serve. The owner, David, prides himself on the quality of food and beer served at his establishment. Premium beer and awesome pizza! I can guarantee that Mr. Boston would not put up with vulgar bartenders or staff. Mr. Boston is quite the business man and is proud of his work. No free drinks. The only discount you will find here is during happy hour. At any given time, you will usually find several people at the bar who frequent Boston's. These "regulars" are friendly and are always more than willing to point you in the right direction in regard to beer choice. If the staff is busy, grab a seat, strike up a conversation with a "regular" and get educated on how real beer drinking is done. Come check it out this St. Patrick's Day when Boston's has live festive music on an outdoor stage under a heated tent. It sits in the middle of the bier-garden! Come for breakfast and stay for dinner. Learn how to party the Boston's way on St. Patty's Day! Cheers!
