Kermit Lynch tasting tonight at the Winds, and more great stuff on tap for next week
Surprisingly, there are still seats left for tonight’s dinner and tasting at The Winds with Lyle Railsback, national sales manager for Kermit Lynch Imports. It’s surprising because previous events featuring Kermit-Lynch-imported wines tend to sell out early, Winds co-owner Mary Kay Smith said. No wonder: the mostly French and Italian wines that Kermit imports are very, very good across the board.
The event starts at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $60. Call 937-767-9441 for more information.
And keep your calendars free for next Tuesday night, Oct. 25, when dual (dueling?) wine dinners will be held at both Jay’s Restaurant at Sidebar Restaurant, which are within a stone’s throw of one another in the Oregon District in downtown Dayton. More to come on that front, but mark the date now.
