Valley Vineyards wines are focus of McCormick & Schmick’s dinner

BEAVERCREEK — McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant, 4429 Cedar Park Drive at The Greene, will host an “Ohio Market-Fresh Wine Dinner” featuring the wines of Valley Vineyards in Morrow in Warren County at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11. The menu includes Goat Cheese Liptauer on a Pumpernickel Crostini, served with Valley Vineyards Vidal Blanc; Tomato Salad with Peach Basil Vinaigrette, with Valley Vineyards Chardonnay; Beef Brochette over Feta Orzo with the winery’s Cabernet Franc; and Blackberry Cobbler with Valley Vineyards “Red Reflections.” The cost is $50, which includes tip, but not tax.
