The ‘wine trail’ bus, Oktoberfest and breast cancer fund-raising all a part of tastings list
The “Dayton Wine Trail” returns Saturday to provide transportation between Bella Vino in Springboro and Bruning’s in Beavercreek, according to this simply fantastic wine-tastings-and-events list compiled by a local wine listserv. The $25 cost is inclusive of the 10 tastes (five at each location). The bus starts running at 2 p.m.
But wait … there’s more,including a big wine sale at the Wine Gallery in downtown Dayton, where dozens and dozens of wines will be available for tasting at both the Main-and-Monument location and at the Second Street market location Saturday, Oct. 9. And check out the many Oktoberfest-themed tastings, dinners and events, as well as events to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It’s all here, and it’s all the product of the hard work by local wine shops, restaurants and grocers. Peruse, choose and enjoy!
