This flu shot comes with a wine chaser
My Dayton Daily News colleague Jill Kelley has written the following news brief, which I find simply, well … brilliant. See if you agree:
WASHINGTON TWP., Montgomery County — Brighton Gardens Senior Living, 6800 Paragon Road, is offering a flu shot special.
From 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13, the assisted living community is offering wine and cheese with every flu shot. The cost is $24.
The event is open to the public, and is a collaborative effort between Brighton Gardens Senior Living and Gem City Home Care. No appointment is necessary.
For more information, call Brighton Gardens at (937) 438-0054.
Did I not say this is brilliant?

Sound good to me also. Hey maybe I’ll bring the bread and fruit!

Another health benefit of moderate consumption of wine. What’s next a 3 course dinner with an EKG? A pitcher of margaritas with a mammogram?
