They should rebuild on the former West Carrollton site. If it is a leased site then why would the property owner stop them? It also seems unlikely that the site was leased since it housed the company headquarters as well. At the very least Fricker’s or whomever owns it needs to clean up the site. I can’t blame Fricker’s if the owner won’t let them rebuild but if they have the choice and choose elsewhere then that would be a good reason to stop going to Fricker’s.

I just wish Joe’s Crab Shack was still around especially when I see their commercials on TV everyday. Anybody know of another Joe’s carb Shack close by?

T-Bonious: There is no difference between Fricker’s and Rooster’s. G: People that live in Vandalia go to Vandalia. I’d rather go to Vandalia than Miller Ln, which is becoming a Thug hangout.

Fricker’s is CRAP. Rooster’s food is WAY better. And I’m not a conspiracy theorist, but I think Fricker’s moved onto Miller Lane so that Rooster’s wouldn’t. That would’ve been a prime location for a Rooster’s and most folks I personally know would choose Rooster’s over Fricker’s if there was one closer to where they lived. And as a side note: if you want some of the best wings in the Miami Valley, go to L.A. Sports Bar and Grill in Xenia. It is totally worth the trip!

My sis works at the one in Vandalia and she said it is staying open! As far as the West Carr store, I heard that they will rebuild it just not in that location since it was a leased spot.

Bws sucks the wings are the smallest in town. 1.75 for three pieces of celery and ranch outragious! For 7.99 6oz steak and 5wings and a roll, and side. Thats what Dayton needs for our economy.

I know the area Frickers too well. I like going to the Huber Frickers during lunch. Service is great and the wings are cooked and tossed right. Night time I will go to C’ville. It seems to be the best at that time. I will check out the Miller Lane one. I hope it is just as good as my fav 2 locations.

I’ve heard from someone who works at another Fricker’s that they are not going to rebuild the one in West Carrollton. I believe I heard that building was being leased so it is not going to be rebuilt as a Fricker’s.

I like Frickers and they will probably do good on Miller Lane. Would rather see Joe’s still open though.

Jacksquatt… Im glad your name is fitting because you would know that about 90% of the food served at both resturants come from the same supplier… And again I repeat the bws service is horrible… so that being said you enjoy eating the same food at BWS and stay out of frickers so the line isnt so long….

When comparing Fricker and BW3’S wings you are comparing apple to oranges.BW3’s are buffalo wings the original not breaded toss and sause.Frickers are breaded and saused.Depends on what you like.I happen to like em both but people should know the difference.

Best wings in town…Beef O’Brady’s, Beavercreek! Fricker’s wings are often too dry, overcooked. BW3’s are smaller and only about the sauce.

I can’t wait to see the inside of this new Frickers!!! And BW3’s food it awful, and their service sucks!!! Customer: I think only the people that live really close to the Frickers in Vandalia will still go there - it’s too small and there’s always a wait there on the weekends and on the Tuesday wing day/night!!

T: thanks - I didn’t see a previous article. I used to work at the one in Vandalia and I know when the one in Troy opened they lost some business so I can see people wanting to go to the bigger - new Frickers over the old way too small Frickers. Oh, well - I’ll keep going to the Troy one now anyways! I hope they do well cause I love their food!!!

Customer, A previous article stated it was going to stay open. They shouldn’t have a problem. Their business on the weekends alone could offset any competition. Hour and a half wait at Outback…oh wait, let’s go to Frickers.

What about the Fricker’s in Vandalia? Are they closing that one when the one on Miller Lane opens? I can’t see why they would need 2 Fricker’s that close together!!
