Christmas wish list: $75,000 yurt, $1M dancing fountain

The Christmas season has officially arrived, and the new Neiman Marcus Christmas Book has something, er, for every budget!?!

The 85th annual book includes an array of typical and semi-affordable Christmas gifts (bobbles, candies, perfumes, purses, dresses, etc.) and those not so typical his and her fantasy items.

All I want for Christmas is this Ferrari. The dog would be nice too.

Let’s say your have an extra $45,000 lying around the house. You could buy your honey bunny a table-tennis table from artist Tom Burr.

For a little more, a mere $75,000, you could buy your grandma the Dream Folly, a yurt inspired by the 1960s show “I Dream of Jeannie.”

The 2012 Ferrari FF junior has on his list is $395,000.

This is not your father’s $75,000 yurt

The international flower show tour for you and eight of your buddies would set you back just $420,000. And let just say you want to buy something for the house? Wouldn’t a $1,000,000 dancing fountain from Wet spruce up the backyard?

Too rich for your blood? How about a Johnnie Walker Private Scotch tasting in your home for 20? It is only $5,000 (a steal really). It comes with a bagpiper and a master of whiskey who will share info about Johnnie Walker Blue, Black, Gold Red and Green labels. Guests leave with a custom-engraved bottle of Blue label.

What do you think? What was the most expensive holiday gift you’ve ever purchased or received?
