Tickets to see ‘First Daughter of Soul’ now on sale
National recording artist Lalah Hathaway will kick off the KeyBank African American Arts Festival 7:30 p.m. Oct. 2 at the Benjamin and Marian Schuster Performing Arts Center.
Known as the “First Daughter of Soul” Lalah Hathaway is the daughter of legendary soul performer Donny Hathaway.
The R&B and jazz singer’s single “Heaven Knows” peaked at number 3 on the Hot R&B charts. Her latest solo album will be released in October.
