Local business selling bacon chocolate cake
Finally there’s a way to get your bacon and chocolate fix fulfilled at once.
Lucky’s Taproom & Eatery in Dayton’s Oregon District is offering chocolate bacon cake. It is covered in chocolate icing and has bacon inside.
The cake is $3 a slice and for sale Thursday through Sunday at the recently opened tavern.
The cakes are made by Maggie Helldoerfer of Dayton, a friend of Lucky’s owner Andrew Trick.

@gross, Seriously? This restaurant is encouraging a variety of food choices. If you even looked at the restaurant menu they offer vegan and vegetarian options. A lot of people enjoy chocolate and bacon, a fusion of the two is fun and inventive. I say life isn’t worth living if you can’t enjoy a delicious slice of cake every now and then!

Before you judge, go down there and have a slice. No one is telling you to eat it every day. There is more on the menu than the ‘offending’ cake.
