UFO spotted over Manhattan?
Unexplained floating objects over Manhattan Wednesday still have people wondering if first contact - yeah, that first contact - has been made.
Police and the FAA began getting calls about werido, silvery objects high above Chelsea at about 1:30 p.m., according to the New York Daily News.
There is speculation that the objects were simply balloons, but officials had not been notified of a balloon release in the area, the newspaper reported.
Dun, dun, dun. Bleep blop. Prepare your ray guns for battle.

It’s hard to tell. My husband saw baloons once that he mistook for “UFOs.” I saw 2 ‘somethings’ that I could not identify, but I don’t think they were baloons; it’s still a mystery. I like to believe that there “IS” something, someone, somewhere, that wishes us no harm, watching over us even, because we, as a species, are sooo prone to self-inflicted injury and chaos it seems.

As our tribe name describes our predicament..in a New York accent..”Where the fockawee!!!???”…we have determined that “IT IS BALOOOOOON!!!!! Where else but New York would people think that latex filled with helium is anything else but that.

Just for the record, people all over the world have reported seeing UFOs. It is not a “New York” quirk. (Astronauts have even reported seeing them)

This is part of an advertising campaign for the movie “Battle of Los Angeles” - I’m a fan on their facebook page where they were predicting Alien Contact yesterday. It’s a balloon.
