Eating wings can raise money for Children’s
Munching on wings covered in Caribbean Jerk, Mango Habanero, Blazin’ or about a dozen other sauces can help raise funds for Children’s Medical Center of Dayton Thursday.
Bring the flyer posted on the hospital’s web site to any Dayton or Richmond, Ind. area Buffalo Wild Wings and 20 percent of your total purchase from the entire menu will be donated to the hospital as part of the Take-Over Day fund-raiser with the Children’s Miracle Network.
The flyer can be found here.
Buffalo Wild Wings has raised more than $200,000 for Dayton Children’s since 2001.
Nancy Wilson and Frye Guy from Cox Media Group’s K99.1 FM Breakfast Club will be at restaurant’s Town and Country location, 262 E. Stroop Road, today from 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
The following area locations are participating:
1900 Brown St., Dayton 6210 Wilmington Pike, Centerville 2082 S. Alex Rd., West Carrollton 2776 Centre Drive, Beavercreek 7875 Waynetown Boulevard, Huber Heights 774 N. Main Street, Springboro 891 S. Main Street, Engelwood 262 E. Stroop Road, Kettering

Come on B Dubb’s… 20% seriously?! Come off of some money for these children already. DQ gives 100% of what they earn in a day…. Id rather buy a DQ Blizzard knowing all the proceeds are going to a good cause then help you guys when you are only gonna come off of 20%. I mean every penny counts but I know you all make enough to come off more than that 20% your coming off of!

anon, To share the fact that we are not all carnivores. People sponsoring events for charitable causes do not always consider that.

the point, I think, of Beans and Rice is this: for every two wings you snarff down, one whole chicken has died, and was probably raised in an overcrowded battery cage; stacked a dozen high in a disgusting disease infested factory farm; and don’t forget pumped full of growth hormone and antibiotics. Eat a dozen wings, that’s six birds. Bon appetit

A dozen? I’m good for 2 dozen! Bring them on. As for beans&rice the proper term is omnivore not carnivore. BTW did you know plants scream when harvested?

perspective: if you are so smart, then you would know where your chicken comes from, and you wouldn’t being saying bring them on

BW3 offers a vegetarian burger. 20% of purchase does not mean you can only enjoy wings. They also have salads, etc.
