Mendelson’s to sell motorcycle gear at discount
Mendelson’s might just be heaven for budget conscious bikers.
The liquidator at 340 East First Street, Dayton, recently bought out the Leather Gallery, formerly a motorcycle gear wholesaler and retailer in Miamisburg.
Chaps, saddlebags, jackets, gloves, bibs and vests are among the motorcycle gear and accessories Mendelson’s will peddle at discounted prices starting Thursday.
Items are being sold at about half their original prices.
Leather jackets start at $100, vest at $30 and chaps and bibs at $50.
The shop’s dollar items were relocated to make room for the expansive collection of leather goods some of which feature embellishments like studs and fringe.
Sizes range from 3 X small to 5 X large.
POW/ MIA bomber-style jackets are also being sold.
Sandy Mendelson, the stores owner, said a yet to be determined percentage of the sale of those jackets will be donated to an area veteran’s organization.
