French dude hacks into president’s Twitter account

@Britneyspears and @BarackObama are lucky no real damage was done in their names in the Twittersphere.

A French dude who goes by the tag name Hacker Croll broke into the President Barack Obama’s Twitter account for the thrill of it all, officials says.

“I’m a nice hacker,” Francois Cousteix told France 3 television Thursday.

The 25-year-old, who lives with his parents in central France, was questioned this week on allegations he tapped in Twitter employees’ administrative information so he could look inside famous peoples’ Twitter accounts, the Associated Press reports.

The unemployed hacker also allegedly stole the passwords for accounts belonging to Spears and other celebrities, according to the New York Daily News.

If convicted, he could spend up to two years in prison and be fine the equivalent to $40,068.

Let him go and hire him so we can learn from him. He might make out to be a good spy for the US

hell ya. we should employ him under the FBI, CIA or Secret Service. make that his “community service” Although i wouldnt be surprised if the DHS went after him under the Patriot Act as a “terrorist threat” Dont forget we can arrest anyone anywhere in the world if they pose a threat to national security.
