Harper has been doing well on the show. On one recent episode, her work received praise from guest judge Tommy Hilfiger.

“That definitely made my day,” Harper said in a recent interview. “It definitely feels good to have someone recognize what you are doing.”

But it hasn’t all been so sweet. In another episode fellow contestant Irina Shabayeva ragged on Harper’s challenge-winning three-piece skirt suit, saying it would look better if she stapled it together.

Harper said the negative comment surprised her because she and Shabayeva got along. Still it wasn’t Earth shaking.

“It’s nothing that I am that upset about,” she said.
