Same-sex couples can now have their cake and eat their chocolate too.

A popular New York Chocolate boutique has started offering edible, same-sex chocolate wedding cake toppers.

Martine’s Chocolates, which has two locations in Manhattan, including one in Bloomingdale’s, now offers three styles for same-sex wedding and commitment ceremonies, said spokesman Philip Ruskin.

“The whole profile of what a family is is changing,” Ruskin said. “The demand was there.”

The Classic Romantic Brides toppers hold bouquets and wear billowing wedding gowns and the Contemporary Brides toppers wear a form fitting dress.

The grooms come dressed in tuxedos and boutonnieres.

The gourmet toppers can be ordered online at www.martineschocolates.com or by calling (212) 744-6289. They cost about $25 to $35 per couple and stand about 4 1/2” tall.
