Bill Maher calls Bill O’Reilly a ‘doody face ’ on “Tonight Show”
The intellectually stimulating exchange between HBO host Bill Maher and Fox News commentator Bill O’Reilly continued last night on “The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien.”
Maher, responding to a question about a CNN appearance in which he called America stupid, took a little jab at O’Reily.
“Bill O’Reilly called me a pinhead, which is a) not true and b) really funny coming from a doody face like him,” Maher said.
Maher said he could defend his statement that America is stupid and offered a handful of examples, including that a third of Republicans don’t think President Obama was born in Hawaii.
“You could have a video of Obama emerging from the womb with Don Ho singing in the background. Jack Lord could be filming ‘Hawaii Five-O’ behind the birth and they would not believe it,” Maher said. “I make a bargain with these people, I will show you Obama’s birth certificate if you show me Sarah Palin’s high school diploma.”

Why do the people on the left always see everything as a negative……Bush is bad….. economy is bad….. enviroment is bad…. health care is bad…..one thing is BAD,going into DEBT……to “fix”… what’s not broken….and Maher…just adds to this kind of “thinking”…..By irishguy

Strange Bill M saying this about Bill O. Bill O put his face up, ran the clip of Bill M saying what he said, then Bill O said. “Pin Head” I’ll let you decide” Bill O never called him a Pin Head, tho that is what Bill M is, Bill O said it was up to us to see if we thought Bill M was a Pin Head. Well Bill Maher is arrogant, and he is annoying, but he is right about a few things. Bill O is the worst kind of “journalist” and the worst kind of person. Unfortunatly, most Americans are idiots. Not all of them, but evidently someone is still watching Bill O’Reilly….By Joe

What is wrong with being arrogant? When Maher criticizes something he usually backs it up with reasoning. O’Reilly doesn’t. Maher makes many good points about religion and criticizes both sides of the political debate. The fact that O’Reilly has a segment on his show where he calls people names should tell you something about him. And by the way…..America is stupid. Also if you’re not a right winger it doesn’t necessarily make you a left winger and vice versa.By McClin sucks!

Bill Maher is right I’m sorry to say but most American’s are a little stupid. A percentage of them don’t know Hawaii is a state? Where have they been living; under a rock. Actually, Bill Maher brings up some interesting facts with some comedic lines. Real Time on HBO is a great show. And, very topical. It is true, as Bill Maher said in his last show, that when conservatives say something, it is to insight panic, while Liberals will say things that we really should worry about. Case in point, the lie based war in Iraq. And, the manipulation of terror alert codes during the ‘04 election perpetrated by the Bush administration.
