Drunken badger blocks roadway

Turns out badgers are the ‘partay’ animals of the Animal Kingdom.

Frat boys and geese deserve an apology.

A motorist in the German state of Lower Saxony reported “roadkill” obstructing the road recently, according to The Local, an English Language newspaper in Germany.

Officials soon realize that the badger wasn’t dead and instead had lived it up a little too much, the newspaper reported.

Mr. Badger was drunk as a skunk and sleeping off the affects of fermented cherries.

“The animal’s belly digested the fruit to alcohol and the badger was, as the saying goes, ‘drunk as a blackbird’,” the newspaper reported, quoting a police statement.

What of Mrs. Badger and the children?
