Viagra for Votes?
With election season fast approaching, the mayor of Mexico City has found some rather creative ways to to put smiles on the faces of would-be voters.
According to the New York Times, Mayor Marcelo Ebrard has added sand to public pools and banned cars from major roads on Sunday for cyclists.
Oh and he started an ‘inflation’ campaign that gives free - that’s right free - Viagra,- that’s right Viagra - to poor men age 60 and over.
Levitra and Cialis are also up for grabs.
Ebrard has said his stimulus plan is a way to bring smiles to the face of those who have reached the golden years, the Times article published Friday, Feb. 13, said. Read it here.
“Everyone has the right to be happy,” the mayor said. “They don’t have medical services, and a society that doesn’t care for its senior citizens has no dignity.”
