FAA: celebrity pilot made inflight porno
Well, I suppose it’s a good thing he can multitask.
A chopper pilot to the stars is in hot water with the Federal Aviation Administration for allegedly making a sex tape with a XXX porn actress during a 2007 flight over San Diego.
The FAA is also investigating allegations that David Martz, with rocker Tommy Lee on board, recently flew too close to a Los Angeles police chopper, San Diego’s KFMB-TV reported Thursday, Feb. 5.
A heavily edited tape showing apparent sex acts between Martz and topless porn star Puma Swede is on TMZ.com.
When confronted by TMZ, Martz reportedly said “that’s how we roll… It’s no big deal.”
Martz and Swede were all smiles and giggles during the naught flight, but the FAA is not happy, not happy at all.
“Generally speaking, a pilot should be focusing on the act of flying and not be distracted by anything else,” FAA spokesman Ian Gregor said told the California TV station.
What do you think? If guilty, what should be David Martz’s punishment? Comment below.

Ground him for about 20 years. That’s how the FAA rolls.

Did this happen below 5,280 feet? If so, fine him for not attaining “Mile High Club” status. Having sex in a vehicle where the wings are moving faster than the fuselage takes uhhh…balls. FAA personnel are eunichs and have no fun anyway (castrated…no balls), so let the guy alone.
