Anderson holds on to beat Lakota West 24-21 Saturday night in a Division I, Region 4 quarterfinal at Anderson.

Middletown made quite a return to the state football playoffs.
Playing in the postseason for the time since 1990, the Middies routed Moeller 45-10 on Saturday, Nov. 7, in the Division I, Region 4 quarterfinals at Lockland’s Roettger Stadium.
Caleb Watkins and Antonio Banks scored a pair of touchdowns apiece to lead the Middies (10-1). Moeller finishes 9-2.
Middletown advances to face Anderson, a 24-21 winner over Lakota West, next Saturday at a site to be determined.
J.J. Greenwood returns a fumble on a kickoff for a score to give Middletown a 45-3 lead over Moeller.
The Crusaders just recovered a fumble in the end zone for a TD to make it 45-10, but there’s less than 2 minutes to play.
Anderson gets a 43-yard field goal to take a 24-21 lead over Lakota West with 2:39 to play in Saturday’s Division I, Region 4 quarterfinal.
