Obama to visit Lordstown on Tuesday

President Barack Obama is set to make his second Ohio visit this month on Tuesday, Sept. 15, this time to the Lordstown GM plant in northeastern Ohio.

Obama will meet with workers and speak on the economy, the White House said. The president was in Cincinnati on Labor Day to speak at a labor picnic.

U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, is to join Obama in Lordstown, Brown’s office said.

It is open to GM workers. I am pretty sure that there is a mixture of political views at the GM plant just as there is a mixture at any place of employment.

“I notice he never comes to any event that is not pro-Obama.” If it is not a pro-Obama event, it is an event like the “townhall meeting” in Cleveland a few weeks back- those individuals granted tickets were carefully screened and largely party members and supporters. The event was orchestrated to reflect the message intended. Notice that the Lordstown visit is a “closed” event?

Dan, The jobs in Wilmington were lost way before Obama. And guess who was the chief lobbyist for the DHL buyout/takeover/job loss???? Yeah, Rick Davis…. McCain’s campaign manager. Dan, you’re perfect example of someone who doesn’t know what’s up.

I notice he never comes to any event that is not pro-Obama. I thought a president was suposed to have courage.
